Wholesaling in CA, have many properties to make offer in southern California , Most sellers are asking for proof of funds to take the offer. Need advice . We welcome investors.
I need proof of funds for one of these properties I have. How do most of you guys deal with a seller asking for proof of funds? I hear most use a hard money lender. Any recommendations?
