Guys can I get a refund back on my pro membership? I just got it a couple days ago and paid for it annually. Canceled it today and hoping to get my money back. Anyone know how?

If I purchase the pro membership and pay annually, is that price locked forever? Wanting to purchase it annually but was not sure if I use a discount code if it only works the one time.
