Hello! When you are analyzing deals, how best can you estimate what the rehab costs would be for the property, especially if you are not local to the area and are judging mainly based off of the pictures?

So I’m thinking about investing with a company that says if you invest 150k on 10 properties (turkeys) that you will make around 5,000 a month and this all can happen in a year. Between 13k and 15k for a down payment....
