What are the companies that can quote umbrella insurance standalone or with just the auto bundle?There are several companies require home and auto insurance bundled up for them to issue umbrella policy. 

Buy a standalone building for 1-2M, renovate a bit and then short term lease individual offices or executive suites.  Thoughts?
