Has anyone had any experience with Michael Blank and his syndication program?

I'm looking to purchase Michael Blank's Syndicated Deal Analyzer.  It looks like its very useful.  Does anyone have any experience using this spreadsheet and how do you like it.  I would appreciate any input.
