Curious if anyone has a good idea on how to track down a homeowner's phone number?

I have used quite a few companies to skip trace lists (15,000-50,000 contacts at a time). They have ranged from .04-.14 per skip and have ranged from "one best number" to ten numbers that have very little accuracy.
