Is it legal? Owners to have pet but not tenants?
I’ve had 2 instances where locally the HOA management firm has sent out notifications that owners are allowed to have pets but tenants are NOT ALLOWED to have pets. IS THAT LEGAL? Thanks for your insight!!!
