How do you read Public Auction Foreclosure addresses (plat, lot, etc)?
So I took a trip to the courthouse today to check out the foreclosure list. Much to my surprise I see the addresses are not your standard:

They read like this:

Does anyone have any ideas about how to handle a lender that says they won't accept a short sale offer in the name of an S-Corp?
They say that they will accept offers made by individuals or LLCs.
