Does anyone know how to subscribe to a forum thread on the bp app?

Curious if anyone has discovered or seen a forum that is willing to share good material locations, businesses that cater to investors, workers/sub-contractors that are reliable and vetted? 

I am brand new to the site and still feeling my way around. I don't want to violate any of the rules - written and unwritten - so I would appreciate some advise.
