I'm a little confused about how I'd coordinate property access for contractors after closing on an out-of-state home?  Would I call on the property manager for this?

Will a bank Let you skip hiring a GC and let you hire and coordinate all the subs with a homestyle loan? Would you need to prove construction industry experience or something?
