Has anyone tried marketing directly to PM with tired landlords. I know it seems counter intuitive because they would loose income but it seems like a relationship could be developed and deals could be made.

In Maryland land lords are required to place the tenants deposit in an escrow account. Can this be an ordinary Savings account? Can it be a money market account? or a combination of the two?
