Looking for any input regarding insurance policies on flip properties. Im in Las Vegas and operate as an LLC.

I'm looking for advice from those that have done so on how to best form a partnership between an investor and a contractor for flipping houses.

I have rental houses in one city and live in another city 800 miles away...

Are there any strategies to minimize taxes on the profits from flipping? Also, is it advisable to always purchase in the name of the LLC or is ok to do it on my own name if it is a quick flip? Thanks for your feedback.
