I just read a post where someone said you may have to pay SET on income from flips. Is that true?
Is 6% for the sale of home to much to be giving agents??? This number has been aroudn fro decades why hasn't it changed with the market?
I've heard multiple times on podcasts, people that speak of large value from continued education, conferences, seminars, etc... But i've also seen a few BP blog posts warning that they are scams... The one around here...
