It's been a little while since I posted on BP. That said hey guys! Last time I was on here I was asking questions about a wholesale deal that literally fell into my lap, at the time I thought I had a "Qualified" Cash ...

So I have 45 days to make my list of 3 properties and 180 days to pull the trigger. 
But how do you effectively choose 3 properties that may not be on the market in 180 days.
