I recently bought a 4 unit in DC that will require a cosmetic rehab for the most part outside of a heavy up and replacing some of the plumbing. Based on your experience how long would this type of project take to rehab?

I have a bathroom I'd like to renovate in the dtla area. I'm not sure how to approach this. Any help or thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
