I just got my first property under contract, does anyone recommend a home inspector in the Downtown Orlando, Florida area?

Do you guys actually pay for a home inspection and get contractor bids during your inspection contingency window? Or do you just look for a buyer and let them do all the due diligence?

The home inspection report shows some defects in the Electrical, heating system, and AC duct defect.
What is next step?

Does any one have an FHA inspection list? The house is in good shape but the appliances are missing. I've heard I need a oven to pass. If you have an FHA list or website, please post or PM me.
