I'm considering moving forward with a Zeus partnership for the furnished option, and was curious if anyone had any recent feedback about them? They manage quite a few properties in the Seattle area, where I purchased. 

Does anyone invest outside of the US? Specifically Europe? (I've seen some people do Mexico and south america) I can get my dual citizenship in Germany so I've pondered the idea since I may move there one day.
