Has anyone used AdvantaIRA in setting up and managing their Self-Directed IRA and/or Solo 401K?

Hello I have been hearing about Self-Direct for some time now, but would like to speak with someone who has experience in the area. 

I want to move 401k to self directed IRA for rental property investment down payments. My 401k administrator doesnt allow that. Are there any banks/financial institutions which will allow that? Looking for advise here
