is it possible to be the middle man between two whole sellers?

was watching podcast 287 and the guest talks about a "lease option model". can someone expand on what the difference between leasing and renting is?

Looking to obtain a contract with an option that meets Ohio Laws. The contract must specifically spell out an option to Sell / or transfer in a residential purchase agreement.

There was a mistake in my name's spelling as I registered, how do I correct that forthwith? Someone should please help.
