I am new and just getting started in real estate. Can I get advice on how to take my first steps into real estate? How does one go about looking at the type of market it is in Texas? 

I am looking into a potential foreclosure property.  I looks like a great deal as long as the bidding does get to much higher than the starting bid.  I haven't heard anything too bad with Auction.com, mostly positive....
