My business partner and I are new to REI and and still learning. Just wanted to know what are good ways to find realiable contractors for fix and flips?  

I wish there were more pro trades on the site. Houston has some really good GC, but expensive for low end flip. And some GC that have no clue, but preying on the poor people suffering after Hurricane. 

There is a potential DG  for sale in a rural area.  It is heavily used.  cap is 5.36. Its about 700K is this a good deal.  I keep hearing bad things. About 6.5 years left on contract
