Hi everyone, I was just wondering if it's possible to wholesale a deal to a retail buyer who will be getting conventional financing. I was planning on doing a double closing and use transactional funding for this deal. 

What's the best way to market these deals to cash buyers / end buyers in the (A to B) (B to C) transaction ?
