How Important is an Applicants Credit Score in Applying for One of Your Properties?

As a Landlord who has No Smoking policy, I understand that smoking weed is apart of that but what about Medical Marijuana? Can I still ban that by law in WV? 

I have seen what happens to rents and values when legal weed is added to the equation. Is Oregon the next Colorado? In my mind the state is more attractive than a lot of Colorado. What is your take?
