Do you recommend renting apartments in San Francisco as furnished or unfurnished? Can you share some experiences in major cities.

I am renovating a condo which I plan to rent out soon. When I purchased it, it had some decent furniture included. I plan to long term lease it out. What are your thoughts about offering furnished vs unfurnished?
