I am trying to see if a home has an exterior shut off for electrical --- this is all I found. Are these related to the air conditioners, or do they control the electricity for the entire house? 

Any recommendations on where to locate water shut off notices? Not recorded at the county recorder where I am. Any website or data aggregators you know of? Perhaps a place to get a list.  Thanks
