Are there a lot of section 8 millionaires ?

I did a walk through of an REO today and it was in decent shape, but the broker said it probably wont be able to go to anyone but a cash buyer because of MOLD!

Any ideas on how much it costs to deal with the mold pro...

Fair warning that this is a long story.  I'm also relatively new to my PM role so any feedback on how this could have been handled better in the future and how to proceed with this situation would be beyond helpful.So...
