Anybody heard of it? Here's the concept:

1) Buy cheap land for pennies on the dollar by building (on twitter/facebook) and advertising to a targeted seller list.

2) Flip quick as "wholesaler" to a buyers list.

For those of you who invest with syndicators, what is your vetting process? Analyzing a deal seems pretty straightforward to me, vetting a syndicator, not so much. 

Does any one know anything about Kent Clothier's new software designed to find vacant homes?

I have not found any information or reviews on the internet. I would like to know if it is worth the $995.
