I'm thinking a lot of the repair costs will be covered by the HOA dues. The big ones would be covered. Does anyone have any experience renting out a condo? What were the repair costs like? 

Is it possible to obtain a list of local multi-family properties? I've found a few driving by, but I'm wondering if there is a more efficient way of doing this.
