Has any investors out there tried this strategy that Bridget James websites express? Anyone had success with this route before? I have seen the ads online and throught Craigslist many times, but havent found any revie...

I have found a couple website that list houses in south florida at whole sale prices one of them being wholesalepropertylist.net are these type of sites a good place to look for deals that will cash flow?
