Hello!How often do you send mailers to pre-foreclosures to get a response? Weekly? Monthly? We are reaching out to buy (or contract assign/wholesale) pre-foreclosures and wanted to know how often we should reach out.

I’m assuming you can only have 1 second home loan at a time? I wanted to see what the frequency you could get the Fannie/Freddie second home/vacation loans with 10% down. 

How often should I call a list after the initial contact that did not answer? My first guess was wait a period of 2-3 weeks and then call again. 
Is that too much time in between calls or not enough time?
