Has anyone had any success locating properties and closing deals  on happyinvestor.com?    Is it worth becoming a premium member to get access to more information?

I am not interested in the service.  You can't even try out the calculators to see if you like them.  The trial service is useless.Since there is no ability to cancel the service on the website and there isn't a phone...
