From what I gather, you have to pay sales tax (state + county) on commercial rent.I dont understand how they calculate this if the state/county are not part of the rental contract?
I personally haven't had any real problems with HOA's but the potential is there and don't like it. Let get the government talking about fixing it, here's the link to the petition.
