Has anyone met a management agency they actually liked? Looking for one in or around Jersey City.What questions are best to ask when screening for one?

I met a real estate group called NAM Property Group. Apparently they're based in Brooklyn, New York but they've expanded into Atlanta, Georgia. I just wanted to see what people think of this group.

What do you think is a good property management app? I mean what features would you like to have? I'm thinking of developing one as recently I've met a pool of app developers who are willing to help me at a minimal cost.
