REI newbie here. Looking to network with more cash buyers. I would like to start with wholesale but eventually lead into rentals of my own. 

Currently using Batch leads which maxes me out at 1,000 texts a day, does anybody out there have a program that they recommend that is affordable and allow me to increase my volume of texts per day? 

Anyone noticing better or worse response rate when email address is added to the yellow letter content?

I've looked at about 5-6 CRM's and they all do what they do well but I have yet to find anything that has all of the features that I am looking for.  I'll list those here and maybe if I've overlooked one, someone here...

I am fed up using Propstream. I started with Batch leads. Both does not have more than 50% correct data in my opinion. What else are you using. I reviewed Property Radar recently too, have yet to try.
