Hey does anyone have solar in their rental properties?If so what is the best way to go-- finance or buy it outright?  I'm in southern california.

Just wondering if there could be any issues with unknowingly renting to illegal immigrants. As a landlord, are we responsible for inquiring as to their citizenship? Could we get into trouble legally if we don’t?

I figured this would be an interesting discussion to have. I am really excited to hear from the folks who are much older than I am on this one. As they say "you don't know what you don't know"
