I have some units coming up... I usually do not allow for pets but lots of demand for this and I want to max my options. So.... cats and dogs... yes or now and how about surcharges or cleaning fees etc?

I'm sure no one has ever had this happen.  I got through showing the property and hand the prospective tenants their rental app, and she looks at me and says, "oh, there's no pets?  I have a cat."  Ugh.
