There are 11 million undocumented immigrants in the United States. If even just a quarter of them are removed, don't you think it would greatly affect housing markets? That'd be 2-3 million people not needing housing ...

Given wholesaling is not a form of investing in real estate...perhaps licensee's and true investors should start thinking about a push to do away with related discussions...
