Is anyone else involved in iFunding's Orlando investment?  iFunding marketed it as a 6-month short-term mezzanine financing structure where the borrower would pay interest for 6 months while re-financing the property....

I'll go first.....1. THE UNPREDICTABLE WORKLOAD  Am I the only one who is experiencing this? I keep a consistent schedule but theirs always something new that pops up. What are your thoughts?
