What good wholesaling books would you recommend ?

I am Bell from Kansas. I am interested in home investing hoping to make full use of this site for this purpose.

In the past I build and remodeled homes.  Now I purchase and flip homes.  I do all my improvement to the properties my self. I also hire plumbers/electricians and painters when needed. 

What form or contact do I need to lock a deal if I'm doing a wholesale? And where do I get one?

I'm just starting out, but eventually I want to have a house flipping company!!
