We have an extra refrigerator outside that we do use, visible from the street we live on and our landlord doesn't like it there and wants to charge us $50 extra a month for keeping it there. is this legal? 

My tenant just informed me that the ice maker on the refrigerator does not work. Obviously, using ice trays can solve that problem. Everything else about the refrigerator works. The fridge is older so I'm not sure it'...
