Can you wholesale a mobile home the same as a regular property?

Does anyone have experience with purchasing mobile homes and using them as rentals? Do they make good rentals? Is the maintenance more, less, or the same?

What would you do? Flip mobile homes or do something like Lonnie's deals, were you carry the note of the property. Or don't do either. Thank you.

Does anybody invest in mobile homes here on biggerpockets?  My question is for mobile homes is the only way to deal these is it just buy and hold? Is it possible to buy for a short term then flip it?
