Has anyone attempted to use one instance of Quickbooks for multiple entities, such as LLCs? I'm struggling to figure out how to best set this up, and do not want to purchase (or have to manage) two separate accounts. 

I self-manage a few properties remotely and I couldn't find an affordable solution for managing my properties. I like buildium, but $150 / month is expensive. I also tried out hiring property managers but 10% of rent ...

I have a young couple with a retriever puppy bombarding me with inquiries. I told them puppies and unfixed dogs would be a no-go for us. They said they don't plan on fixing the dog because they want to breed him (!!)....
