I am working on a 375 sq ft studio apartment and was considering a  slide in wall AC unit with heat. I was curious if anyone had experience with these units. I could go with electric baseboard and separate AC .  

if the budget allows for one or the other which would you do to your flip?  Replace the underground oil tank with an anovel ground. Or install AC. The house is a 1970s Bi level. I appreciate any feedback.
