The apartment has a copper colored fridge that works.  I think it's kind of cool.  However, several prospective tenants have disliked it.  Class c+ area.  Do I keep it?

Have any of you ever installed curtain rods without curtains in a rental house in lieu of blinds?     Seems a lot cheaper and less chance of breakage.
