Anyone know of a great CPA whom deal with Rental Properties out in Texas? I am based in Brownsville TX. Any great recommendations out there?

I bought a triplex that has a flat roof.  Now I am finding it next to impossible to insure it for a reasonable rate and many companies are flat out refusing coverage...any suggestions on a company that will write this?

Can someone please recommend some good/trustworthy turnkey provider? Im currently using Roofstock, but would like to know if there are any other option out there. Thank a lot.
