Is there a software available that will help in analyzing properties and also making a recommendation as to what exit strategy is best for a particular property?

I am having a great deal of trouble finding the drop down menu. I am on my iPhone 5 can anyone give me an idea of how to fix this. I can't find the profile area to fill out.
