Why do they teach all there secrets and everything around area? Wouldnt they be afraid of more competition and make it harder to find deals and so on?

Has anyone tried this new program from Peter Conti? I am considering purchasing it but wanted to know if anyone has had any experience with it. 

A co-worker just invested tens of thousands of dollars in coaching and resources (financing, contractors, form templates) in order to learn about RE investing. Has anyone ever heard of this company?
