Just curious what other investors think. Is this just another hype deal or is this a new reality for possible rent collection?
Side note, I tried to sell a house for bitcoin in 2013 with no takers or even one response.

Given wholesaling is not a form of investing in real estate...perhaps licensee's and true investors should start thinking about a push to do away with related discussions...

I am in the position to go green aka electric thanks to solar, the numbers all make sense to move in this direction. My net out of pocket expense is roughly $14K, finance it with a low payment, and rapidly pay it off....
