ifunding seems to be the first crowdfunding portal to have an investment (actually 5 investments) not go according to plan.  They have 5 fix and flip deals in Milwaukee with the Orange group that were suppose to yield...

I'm looking at more and more syndication investments, because it is a personal interest of mine. 
And it really rubs me the wrong way when a syndicator puts together a deal in a way that has very little of their own ...
