My girlfriend and I are looking for suitable living quarters in the South Jersey (NJ) area. We're looking to keep our cost around 900-1000 a month. Looking for spacious 1-2 bedroom. Any suggestions?

Hello,Closing on a few properties this first quarter and my PM I had lined up is now ghost. Where do I look now? 

Has anyone invested in Fundrise? If so, how much did you typically profit each quarter? I was thinking of investing the bare $500, but not sure. I would like to use it as a passive income stream.

This seems like such a simple metric to find given its public record but I can't find it anywhere.. Anyone know where I could find this? I've found this info but quarterly; looking for it per month!

What lessons have you learned in the past to quickly turnaround your house to be ready for another tenant?  I learned to check my property quarterly and to nip things at the start if there are any issues.
